<p>Your purpose is innate and can be seen in your passions, what you naturally feel drawn to. In childhood these may have been more evident by how you spent your free time. Your soul was born with a particular intention to experience and contribute something to this reality, this can be seen in your natural tendencies and skills or gifts. Meditation or Spiritual Hypnotherapy can be powerful way to discover life's purpose more clearly.</p>

<p>That last question is often the most direct path. The wound becomes the gift.</p>

<p>Look at the most difficult experience of your life — the one you wouldn't wish on anyone. Now consider: who is going through that right now, alone, with no guide?</p>
<p>Your experience is not just yours. It is a map that someone else desperately needs. When you offer it — not as a savior but as someone who has walked a similar road — you transform suffering into meaning.</p>
<p>This is not about becoming a coach or therapist (though it could be). It's about being available: mentoring one person, writing honestly about what you learned, starting a small group, or simply being the person you wish had been there for you.</p>

<h2 id="seva-purpose-in-action">Seva: purpose in action<a class="headerlink" href="#seva-purpose-in-action" title="Permanent link">&para;</a></h2>
<p>Purpose without service becomes self-absorption. <em>Seva</em> — selfless service — grounds your gifts in the real world:</p>

<li>Cook and deliver meals in your community</li>
<li>Offer your time to simply listen — no advice, no fixing</li>
<li>Clean a park or river without posting about it</li>
<li>Share your skills (legal, technical, therapeutic) with those who cannot afford them</li>
</ul>
<p>Do three kind things every week that you tell no one about. The secrecy purifies the motivation. You're not building a brand — you're building a life.</p>

<h2 id="the-tribe-youre-building">The tribe you're building<a class="headerlink" href="#the-tribe-youre-building" title="Permanent link">&para;</a></h2>
<p>Your purpose will attract people. Not everyone — just the ones who resonate with what you're putting into the world. This is your tribe: not a following, but a mutual support network of people moving in the same direction.</p>
<p>Spend more time with people who are on a positive frequency — those who energize rather than drain. You can still feel compassion for those on a lower frequency, but you are not obligated to be friends with them. Your energy is finite. Spend it where it grows.</p>
